Hey Diya just call the customer care center and talk to them. By the way sending STOP to 155223 works perfectly if any VAS is activated and if any VAS has deducted any amount from your main balance, just talk to customer care and ask them to refund your deducted amount, they will do it.

Even one rupee in your aircel account if ur GPRS is one it will be deducted by vas by aircel .they will take the balance by just sending a message. There is no option by customer.once the amount of deducted thas is loss our pocket like.
Anand first of all follow the above process to deactivate any VAS and then call customer care to refund your deducted amount. It works, I did the same.

This is ridiculous. I have been charged 250 rs for different subscriptions even though I hevnt opted for them. I keep on calling 198 and it keeps on saying all agents are busy and call after some time. I have stopped this VAS service by sending message to 155223, but what about my refund? This is happening 5 the time for me and no one answers my call. Please let me know if anything can be done to stop VAS FOREVER. Or please provide me any contact to escalate this. I am really fed up with aircel….
The way to block the VAS is to message to 155223 but the refund can be taken only by talking to the customer care executive.
